Shipping Policy
All Products will be Shipped with appropriate protection but damage in transit is an unfortunate, but realistic possibility - all Orders will therefore be fully insured when shipped so if this does occur please get in contact with us, here.
If Shipping to your Country is not automated in the Checkout, please get in contact with us and we'll see what we can do for you.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of the majority of our Products being handmade, Returns are only accepted under certain conditions - and all Products cannot be Returned after a 14 day cool-off period upon Delivery.
Exchanges can be accepted but the returned Products must be in as-delivered condition upon arrival to us, and shipping expenses (included Customs Duties) will also have to be covered by the returnee if an exchange is to take place.

Having said this, we will always do our very best to help you in the case of accidental damage/other incident, whether it's a Return for repair or for replacement, just get in touch and let us know!
